Uncle Jan & the D-ster

Our afternoon with Derek was a fun & busy & delightful affair. We took a trip to the park and spent some time practicing our drum and guitar skills, but the grand finale was sand castle building at the beach on the river - pictures of that coming soon because there are about a hundred :)

Derek was only interested in going "too high" on the swings...
so Uncle Jan obliged :)
New Rock Band fan!
This one will end up in a frame.
Rock Band soon became old hat, and Derek decided the real deal was in order :)

Okay...I'd say that by what I am seeing in these pictures, you guys must be THE COOLEST aunt & uncle ever. Shucks...I'm not even related to you and I'm bummed that I missed out on all the fun! :)

Yipee for music makers! On that "note" (I know, I know)shall I send my boys to your place for noise lessons? :) I agree w/ Jen, you two are the coolest!
