A new leaf

Today I accomplished the following:

- Walked 4 miles
- Did an ab video and part of a legs/buns video
- Ate vegetables three different times
- Drank 8 glasses of water
- Remembered to take my vitamins

Now, because I spent most of January eating immense piles of junk and lying in a lethargic heap, complaining about the weather, I had forgotten how uplifting it is to make good, healthy choices. So, here's to a brand new month, with lots of opportunities for lively habits. Want to join me? :)

good luck! I wish I had the motivation to work out in the evenings again. Maybe...I may join you...veggies out though...lol

Ha! The vegetables are a little bit tough for me, too. Or leafy greens are, at least. Fruit is much easier!

Way to go! I went walking this evening but Poochus was spooked about something, he wouldn't fetch the ball, he walked on my feet sometimes he was so close. So, I became spooked too and weeded in the flower bed right next to the house. Probably just a coyote, but you know me; i was afraid of BEARS! :):)
Poochus went and hid in his doghouse on the porch.

I so want to join you, in walking, eating better, drinking my water and all of the good stuff. I know it feels great. Tomorrow, no cookie dough. Thankfully it is all gone so I can keep this promise. Smile.
